Oct. 22, 2010 I had my Veracruz serviced. The wait was a little longer than I expected but I didn't mind. You see, buying my vehicle from your salesperson, Phil Lombardi, was one of the nicest, and painless experiences I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. I feel that buying a vehicle is one thing but the dealership standing behind their vehicles is another. I previously brought my car to a Hyundai dealer off of Columbus Ave in Springfield, MA for a recall on a problem with the rear seat belts. They did a complete checkup on the car and recommended multiple things be done. I told them I would look over the list and probably have some of the work done next time I came in. I only had $500.00 in my account and they said they could not give my car back if I did not pay the bill. They settled for the $500.00 I had. I will never go there again. Dear Gary,

On Friday, the twentieth of November, I had the opportunity to experience the power of a greater being and the quality and safety of a Hyundai. I was in a horrific one car accident in which my Hyundai Tiburon hit a large rock, went air born, and then rolled over at least three times. When the car came to a rest it was upright, the driver's door was open and I was hanging out of it held in only by the seatbelt. My first reaction was thinking, "OW, the seatbelt hurts!" I was able to unclip the belt (something the towing service owner said was not a usual occurrence since they become stuck) and assess my situation. I was taken to Baystate as a trauma patient. After several x -rays, a cat scan, an EKG and a thorough exam by the doctor it was determined I only had bruising. I walked out, although very slowly, of the emergency room.

I bought the Tiburon because it was on sale and I knew my daughter would need a car. My plan was to take her old car and give her the Tiburon. She ended up purchasing her own Tiburon and I kept the one I bought. Today, I certainly am glad I did! I also know my daughter is safer than I had originally thought.

I am attaching pictures of what is left of the car. The police, EMT's and towing company can not believe that I was able to walk away from the crash in one piece. I now know that if it wasn't for the safety qualities of the Hyundai I would not have been so "lucky". Thank you for not only having wonderful sales and service people but for selling quality cars at reasonable prices. If it wasn't for that I do not think I would be alive today to send you this note.

This is for Buddy from his favorite fan. For the past year + Jake a short legged Jack Russell has gone crazy for the commercials with Buddy. He recognizes the tune at the beginning and waits till he sees Buddy. Then he runs to the TV barking at Buddy. We only need to say the word "Buddy" and he looks at the TV. When Joe Castiglione ads came on Jake would look from Joe to Gary while they talked with a slight movement of the tail, then an excited Jake saw Buddy then the barking began. We also have another Jack named Lilly. She runs with Jake to the TV and puts her 2 cents in by barking but is not in tune to the ads. Jake has even jumped up from under his blanket from a sound sleep when he hears the beginning of the ad. Gary, it has been a pleasure to see the love you have for Buddy. The response "completely satisfied" just doesn't seem strong enough for the previous two questions. While my wife and I were on our way to Boston, the check engine light and the "ESC OFF" light came on and we were unable to set the cruise control. The following day we were returning to the area and I called to schedule an appointment. Jeanne was very helpful and accomodating by telling me to bring the car in when we returned to the area. We were politely greeted by the gentlemen behind the service counter and they immediately addressed our problems. In a little over an hour my wife and I were happily on our way after an explanation was given for the problem and repairs were made. I am sure the service dept was very busy and yet they were able to squeeze us in and they treated us in a polite and friendly manner.
