Gary Rome Hyundai Promotion Rules

Gary Rome Hyundai values its current and future customers. We often run contests and promotions that we know our customers and their loved ones will enjoy and remember. We treat our customers like family!

All promotions indicate the prize(s) to be awarded and their method of entry. No more than the advertised number of prizes shall be awarded. The prize is subject to certain terms and conditions as specified herein. A prize may not be sold, traded, or commissioned, and is not eligible to be exchanged, transferred, substituted, or redeemed for cash except in Company's sole discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change. Company is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize, unless otherwise specified. Prizing may be fulfilled by a third party fulfillment company. The prize will only be awarded if properly claimed according to the Rules. All costs and expenses related to the prize acceptance, the prize, and/or prize use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of winner(s).

The method of entry varies with each promotion, but is clearly indicated in the promotion announcement. Methods may include, but are not limited to: email, social media interaction, website entry, text entry, postcard entry, radio entry, television entry, and printed entry blanks.
The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.
When any promotion has a deadline for entry, the deadline is clearly indicated in the announcement and any written rules.

Promotions are open to U.S. residents ages 18 or older unless otherwise indicated. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Employees Gary Rome Auto Group including Gary Rome Kia of Enfield are not eligible.
No purchase is necessary to participate in promotions.

The prize(s) offered will be awarded. No alternative gift, prize, cash, or other substitution is permitted except by otherwise included in the contest that secondary prizes are offered to the non first place winner. Prizes are non-transferable and are not negotiable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Entrants grant Gary Rome Hyundai, without limitation, and without additional financial or other compensation, the right to use their name, likeness, portrait, recorded voice and biographical material, in order to advertise, promote or publicize Gary Rome Hyundai, the promotion and any advertisers and co-sponsors associated with the promotion and their products and services.
Gary Rome Hyundai reserves the right to amend or change the above rules at any time as well as end a Contest or promotion at any time. All decisions of Gary Rome Hyundai with regard to the awarding of prizes, the selection of winners and the interpretation of these rules shall be final. Each entrant by virtue of entering a promotion agrees to accept the decision of Gary Rome Hyundai as final.

Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with these promotions, or any prize(s) awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Massachusetts; (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the promotion, but in no event shall attorney's fees be awarded; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants and Gary Rome Hyundai in connection with the promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether the State of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Massachusetts.

The Company will retain the entrant's personal data for a reasonable period of time to enable it to send that entrant any prize that they have won and to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes. This data may be passed to a third party to enable such third party to fulfill any necessary requirements relating to the award of a prize. Any other use of personal data will be in accordance with, and subject to, the Company's Privacy Policy located here. By participating, where allowed by law, all winner(s) grant the Company permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, Content, and likenesses world-wide, in perpetuity, in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented in any and all marketing and promotional materials and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.

By submitting contact information, you grant Gary Rome Hyundai permission to have that contact information used to contact you. You may remove yourself from any Gary Rome Hyundai email list  via the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of any Gary Rome Hyundai email. Unsubscribing from the Gary Rome Hyundai correspondence does not affect your eligibility for any promotion. Your email address will only be used by Gary Rome Hyundai, its subsidiaries or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Your information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties.
