Elibigility
- Anyone who lives in Franklin, Hampshire or Hampden County
- Nominator and nominee are 18 years old or older
- Nominee holds a valid driver's license

- Nominations open: Monday, August 17, 2026 at 12:00 am EST
- Nominations end: Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 11:59 pm EST
